How To Set Up A New Account
In Our Online Store
When ordering on-line you’ll need your account number to complete your purchase.
Your account number is the number below the barcode on the back of your membership card.
If you don't have your membership card yet, your account number is likely to be your 10-digit telephone number (without hyphens or parenthesis).
You will get one of two different screens depending on if the computer recognizes you as a member. If the computer has had sufficient time to process your membership application, you will see a screen with two blanks in it and you'll be asked to enter your email address and a password of your choice.
If you are seeing a screen with four blanks, asking you to enter an email address and password twice each, the computer does not recognize you yet as a member and the password you enter here will be your permanent password.
If you want to have a password that is different from your telephone number, you must wait until the computer has processed your membership and recognizes you before you begin to set up an online account.
If you want to continue the account setup process, when you've finished shopping and have completed filling your "Shopping Cart," click "Proceed to Checkout."
You will be prompted on the page labeled "Checkout" to begin the online account set up process.
Click the button saying "I haven't set up an account with this store" and then click "Continue."
If it does not recognize you as a member, it will ask you to enter your email address in the space asking for your email address once and then to enter it again to confirm it.
Then it will ask you to enter your account number (or telephone number) in the space asking for your new password and then to enter it again in the space asking you to confirm your password.
If you have ever entered this email address previously, and you can't remember your password (and the online store is blocking your entry), go back to the "Checkout" page below the button that says "I already have an account set up with this store." Then click on the underlined words in "If you've forgotten your password, click here to have it emailed to you."
Your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Once you've set up your email and password, you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. You can make separate online orders if you wish to ship merchandise (such as gifts) to different addresses. But you must make a separate transaction for each different shipping address.
You will not receive a discount automatically for online transactions until after the online store has had sufficient time to process your membership data. This process may take place overnight or it might even take until Monday if the membership was entered on Friday.
If you are receiving your discount, it will display before you are asked to click the "Submit Order" button.
If you are not seeing the discount, call our Mail Order department at (865) 436-7318 Ext. 226 or toll free (888) 898-9102 and your order can be processed over the phone so you will receive your discount.
