Reset Webstore Password

Please be advised that if you are a member, an account has been created for you. The email address that you gave to us at the time of signing up for the membership is what you will need to use in order to get the online membership discounts. You will need to simply "reset your password" to gain access to the account for the first time.

It takes about 48 hours after signing up for a membership for the databases to fully link the accounts together.

If you’ve forgotten the email address used to create your account, please contact us at helpdesk@gsmassoc.org and provide us with your first and last name and if you are a member with GSMA.

There are 2 ways you can reset your password for the online webstore. One method is to reset the password from the sign-in form. The other method is to update your password through your  account page under "Password" if you are already signed in.

Reset Webstore Password from the Sign-In Form:

To reset your password for the online webstore, you will need to access the login screen. For cell phone users, go to Links/My Account/Login. For desktop computer users, go to the top of the screen from anywhere on the website and click on Store Login. You can request a password reset by clicking on the Forgot your Password link on the sign-in form. After submitting your email address, you should receive an email within 10-15 minutes. Please make sure to check your spam folder. 

**Important: If you don't see an email in your inbox or spam/junk folder within 10-15 minutes, please email us at helpdesk@gsmassoc.org to request a password reset.  

Update Webstore Password from a Logged-In User Account:

If you're already logged into your Webstore account, you can update your password through your account page under Password.
